What materials do you use for textured art?

We primarily use a variety of textured mediums and acrylic paints, as well as a variety of palette knifes, brushes and sometimes unconventional tools to achieve the desired textures.

Can I request a custom artwork?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces tailored to individual preferences. Contact me with your ideas, and let's discuss how we can bring your vision to life using the colours of your choice.

How do you ensure the durability of your artworks?

We only use professional high-quality materials. Each completed artwork is also varnished to ensure it is protected from UV rays and discolouration, as well as protect your artwork from the accumulation of dirt and dust.

How do I care for textured art?

To preserve the integrity of your textured art, clean gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush to remove any dust. Avoid using harsh cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the textured surface or paint.

Where possible, keep textured artwork away from humid environments and direct sunlight, as moisture and excessive heat may damage the materials.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to bring our textured art to collectors around the world.

What happens if my purchase arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure your purchase arrives to you securely and without damage.

All parcels sent via post are insured with the postal company. However, in the odd circumstance your purchase arrives damaged during shipping, please email me at artbyemilyjade@outlook.com.

In your email, please ensure the following information is included:

  • Order Number

  • Images of the package (if damaged)

  • Images of the damage to your purchase


Once you have provided this information, we will get back to you as soon as practicable to organise a solution.
